    - DOMESTIC (U.S.): 3 - 5 business days

    - INTERNATIONAL: 7 - 14 business days

    Therefore, it generally takes 4 - 8 business days (PROCESSING + SHIPPING) after the order date to receive your order in the US but can take up to 10 business days (although normally comes earlier).

    Please note: the "ship by" date on your invoice is NOT the actual "delivery" date. The "ship by" date is when your package leaves our studio. The "delivery date" is when it lands on your doorstep. :)

    I asked if I could have the cities in different countries that I visited and places of interest, such as the Grand Canyon, printed on five posters. While editing the proof, I suggested a change of font and the company did as I requested.
    The finished posters were exactly as seen on the website. I am happy with the finished products that were delivered on time.
    They make my family room entertaining with many memories from friends and family that visited those cities.

    We have many personalized products that range in complexity, we do our very best to collect the information we need from you when you order so we can get your goods to you as quickly as possible! However, sometimes we need clarification on personalization or design requests. In those cases, we will be in touch and will provide digital proof of the design before it is sent to production for you to approve it. We ask that you reply to us within 48 hours in these situations.

    Made an address error or personalization typo? It happens! We will do our best to update your order details. However once an order has been sent into production it means that your personalization (if applicable), shipping details, etc. have reached our studio and we may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order free of charge at this point.
