We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Here's how the process works:
Process your return through our simple portal.
Print your pre-paid shipping label.
Return your item.
Once we receive it, we'll verify the details, process your refund, and let you know over email. That easy. :)
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Returned items must be returned in original packaging and not have visible signs of wear or use.
If you exchange for a different product, an additional shipping fee will be applied.
If returning without a pre-paid shipping label provided by us, the shipment must have a valid tracking number and we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot offer returns or refunds if the custom information provided was missing or incorrect.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but taken by a Porch Pirate. Please ensure your receiving location is secure.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages-domestic or international. If your package has not arrived and the tracking shows it was delivered, please reach out to your local post office / shipping facility with your tracking number. They will be able to provide additional insight that we are not able to see on our end (we see what you see!).
