    Do we offer refunds, returns, and replacements? Of course, we do! Here are the details:

    We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

     • Returned items must be returned in original packaging and not have visible signs of wear or use.
     • If you exchange for a different product, an additional shipping fee will be applied. 
     • If returning without a pre-paid shipping label provided by us, the shipment must have a valid tracking number and we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
     • Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot offer returns or refunds if the custom information provided was missing or incorrect.  
     • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but taken by a Porch Pirate. Please ensure your receiving location is secure.

     1. Process your return through our simple portal.
     2. Print your pre-paid shipping label.
     3. Return your item.
     4. Once we receive it, we'll verify the details, process your refund, and let you know over email. That easy. :)

    PERSONALIZED ORDERS & PROOFING
    We have many personalized products that range in complexity, we do our very best to collect the information we need from you when you order so we can get your goods to you as quickly as possible! However, sometimes we need clarification on personalization or design requests. In those cases, we will be in touch and will provide digital proof of the design before it is sent to production for you to approve it. We ask that you reply to us within 48 hours in these situations.

    BULK AND/OR SPECIAL EVENT ORDERS
    We are honored to be considered to put together special orders for your events and occasions. As we want to ensure your goods arrive in a timely manner we ask you to order at least 3 weeks prior to your event date and keep in mind each day less than this time allowance delays your estimated delivery.

    CANCEL OR EDIT ORDERS
    Made an address error or personalization typo? It happens! We will do our best to update your order details. However once an order has been sent into production it means that your personalization (if applicable), shipping details, etc. have reached our studio and we may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel or change the order free of charge at this point.
